Wedding printing is the one job where a mistake cannot be quietly reprinted. This is the order we suggest doing it in, with the lead time each item genuinely needs, assembled from twenty years of families arriving three days too late for something.

The matter
Before anything is set, write down and confirm: both families' names in full, the gotram, the muhurtham date and time, the venue with landmark, the elders' names in the order they must appear, and phone numbers for both sides.
Get the elders' names and their order confirmed by the eldest person in the family, in writing, not over a phone call. This is the correction that arrives after printing more than any other, and it is the one that cannot be shrugged off.
Proofing, properly
We give you a printed proof, not just a screen proof. Two people from the family should read it independently, out loud, including every digit of every phone number.
If the card carries both Telugu and English, check the muhurtham time in each language separately. When the same card carries both, the mismatch between them is the single most common error we catch, and the one most likely to slip through, because a reader checks one language and assumes the other matches.
How many to order
Take your guest list and add 15%. Names get added right up to the final week, and cards get damaged in distribution. A second run of fifty cards costs almost as much as the first fifty because the setup is paid twice.
What most families here actually do, and it is sensible, is split the order: premium cards for close family and elders, simple printed cards for the wider list. A hundred scroll cards at ₹250 and two hundred printed at ₹25 comes to ₹30,000 rather than the ₹75,000 an all-premium order would cost.

Come and handle the samples before deciding. Photographs do not convey paper weight, and paper weight is most of what makes a card feel right.
Things people forget
- Envelopes for the ₹25 card are ₹4 extra each, budget for them
- Sweet box labels need the box dimensions, so buy the boxes first
- The welcome board needs the venue's frame size, not a guess
- Anything laser-cut or boxed is finished outside Palakollu and cannot be rushed during marriage season
- Keep ten spare cards aside for the album and for people who ask years later
