How to place an order

Photo quality and resolution
The single most common cause of a disappointing print is a photo that has been through WhatsApp. WhatsApp compresses images to roughly a tenth of their original size. Send the photo as a document instead, in WhatsApp, tap the paperclip, choose Document, then Browse, and pick the image. As a rule: 1500×2000 pixels is enough up to 12×18 inch, and for anything larger send the original from the camera or phone gallery. Our editor warns you before you order if the file is too small for the size you picked.
Shipping and delivery
Free delivery across India on every order. Personalised products are dispatched in 5 to 7 days, stationery and bill books in 3 to 4 days, and large acrylic or album work in 7 to 10 days. In Palakollu you can collect from the shop, often the same day. Nearby towns, Narsapur, Bhimavaram, Achanta, Poduru, Veeravasaram, Tanuku, usually get same-evening bus parcel.
Cancellation and returns
A personalised order can be cancelled free of charge until you approve the proof, because nothing has been printed yet. After printing starts we cannot cancel, since the item cannot be sold to anyone else. If the product arrives damaged or the print is defective, send a photo within 48 hours and we replace it free.
Customisation guidelines
Keep faces away from the very edge of a crop, every cutting process has a millimetre or two of drift, and a face sitting on the cut line is the one thing that cannot be fixed after printing. For mugs, remember the cylinder curves away around the handle. For text on nameplates and pens, type it exactly as you want it, we print what you send, then proof it back to you before running the job.
