These terms cover orders placed with Siri Print World, Peddagopuram Main Road, Palakollu 534260. In short: you confirm you have the right to print what you upload, nothing is printed without your proof approval, and prices are confirmed at the time of order.

Orders and proofs
An order is confirmed when you complete checkout or agree the job with us in writing. For anything with text or a supplied design, we send a proof and print only after you approve it. Your approval is final: once you confirm a proof, responsibility for spelling, dates, phone numbers and layout in the material you supplied passes to you.
Pricing
Prices on the website are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for custom and bulk jobs are quoted individually and hold for 15 days, after which paper and material rates may have moved. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and will tell you before proceeding if one affects your order.
Your artwork and photographs
You keep all rights in the photographs and artwork you send us. By uploading, you confirm you own that material or have permission to have it printed, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or personal rights. We will not print material we believe to be infringing, obscene, or in breach of Indian law. We store your files so reprints are easy; tell us if you would like them deleted and we will.
Our designs
Design templates on this site, nameplate designs, bill book layouts, photo stand shapes, remain ours. You are buying the printed product, not a licence to reproduce the template elsewhere.
Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on couriers we do not control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping and Return policies for what happens when something goes wrong.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, reprinting it, or refunding it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a function going ahead without its banner. We say this plainly because it is the honest position of any print shop, and because we would rather you plan with a margin than rely on us being faultless.
Election and regulated printing
Election material is printed only in compliance with Section 127A of the Representation of the People Act 1951, including the printer and publisher imprint and the declaration filed with the District Magistrate. We do not waive these requirements. See our election printing rules page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Palakollu, West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
