Privacy Notice
We collect only what is needed to print and deliver your order: name, phone, address, email and the files you upload. We do not sell your data. Photographs are kept so reprints are easy, and are deleted on request, message 98666 38967.
Who is responsible
Siri Print World, Peddagopuram Main Road, Palakollu, Andhra Pradesh 534260, decides what happens to the data described here. In the language of the Act we are the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal. If you want to reach us about anything on this page, the contact is at the bottom.
What we collect, and why
We collect only what the job needs. When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and pincode, so that we can print the work, contact you about it and deliver it. We collect your email only if you give it. When you upload a photograph or a design file, we hold that file so we can print it. If you create an account we hold your password in a hashed form, which means we cannot read it. If you pay online, the card or UPI details go directly to Razorpay and never touch our systems. We keep a record of the amount and the reference, not the instrument.
On what basis
For orders, we process your data because you asked us to print something and we cannot do that without it. We ask for your consent at checkout, and we record what you agreed to and when. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though we may not be able to complete work already in progress. For tax records we process because Indian law requires us to.
Photographs, and photographs of children
Photographs are the most personal thing we handle. Family portraits, wedding pictures, baby photographs, school identity cards. We use them for one purpose, which is printing what you ordered. We do not publish them, sell them, share them or use them as examples of our work without asking you first, in writing, each time. If a photograph you upload includes a child under eighteen, the Act requires the consent of a parent or guardian. By uploading it you are confirming you are that parent or guardian, or that you have their permission. Schools and institutions sending us photographs of students remain responsible for having obtained that consent from parents, and we print on that basis. We do not use children’s data for advertising and we do not track children across the site.
How long we keep it
Photographs and print files are deleted ninety days after your order is completed. Files uploaded but never ordered are deleted after thirty days. We keep the invoice record for eight years because tax law requires books of account to be kept, but the invoice holds your name, address and what you bought, not your photographs. Enquiries that never became an order are deleted after a year. Account details stay until you ask us to delete the account.
Who else sees it
Razorpay, if you pay online, for the payment only. The courier, for delivery, meaning your name, address and phone. The newspaper agent, for pamphlet insertion, meaning nothing personal at all. Occasionally a finishing house outside Palakollu for laser cutting or box making, meaning the design file. We do not sell data to anybody, we do not run advertising networks on this site, and we do not share your details with other businesses.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you. You can ask us to correct anything wrong. You can ask us to delete your data, and we will, except for invoice records that tax law requires us to keep, and we will tell you exactly what we kept and why. You can nominate somebody to exercise these rights if you are unable to. You can complain, to us first and then to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it. Use the form at /data-request or call the shop. We answer within thirty days and usually much sooner.
How it is kept safe
The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and cannot be read by us. The admin area is behind a login with attempt limiting. Payment details never reach our server. We take backups so your order history survives a technical failure, and those backups hold the same data described here. If personal data is ever exposed in a way that could affect you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board.
Cookies
We use one cookie, to remember what is in your cart and to keep you signed in. It does nothing else. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.

A Telugu version of this notice is available. Ask at the shop or call 98666 38967 and we will read it to you or give you a printed copy. The Act requires this and we would do it anyway, because a notice somebody cannot read is not a notice.
Frequently asked questions
Do you keep my photographs after printing?
For ninety days after the order is completed, in case there is a problem with the print or you want a reprint. After that they are deleted automatically. If you want them deleted sooner, ask and we will do it that day.
Will you use my photo as a sample of your work?
Not without asking you first, in writing, each time. A photograph you gave us to print is not ours to display.
How do I get my data deleted?
Use the form at /data-request or call 98666 38967. We delete your account, saved designs, photographs and enquiries. We have to keep invoice records for eight years because tax law requires it, and we will tell you exactly what was kept.
My child’s photo is on a school ID card. Who is responsible?
The school, for obtaining parental consent before sending us the photographs. We print on that basis and we delete the files ninety days after the job. If you are a parent and want your child’s photograph removed from our systems, contact us directly and we will do it.
Do you sell my details to anyone?
No. Not to anyone, ever. We share your address with the courier so the parcel arrives, and payment details go directly to Razorpay without touching our systems. That is all.
