In short

Corporate gifts start at 100 rupees per piece for a logo badge and run to about 900 for an embroidered polo shirt. Ten pieces gets bulk rates. We hold your logo file after the first order, so the following year is one WhatsApp message rather than a new setup.

Diwali and new year gifting for customers, staff welcome kits, conference giveaways, dealer incentives and retirement presents. What separates a corporate gift that gets used from one that goes in a drawer is the same thing that separates any gift, which is whether it does a job. A mug on a desk works. A branded paperweight does not.

Rates are for the same logo on every piece. A different name on each item, which is what makes a staff gift feel personal, adds 20 rupees per piece.

How it works, step by step

  1. Tell us the budget per head and the count

    5 minutes

Working backwards from a per head figure gets to a sensible answer faster than browsing items. Two hundred rupees a head and eighty people is a different conversation from a thousand a head and twenty.

  2. Send the logo as a vector file

    your side

AI, CDR or EPS. A logo pulled off your own website is typically 72dpi and prints visibly fuzzy. We redraw one for 300 rupees, once, and every future order uses the clean version.

  3. Sample first on anything above fifty pieces

    2 days

We make one finished piece and you hold it before the rest is made. On a hundred embroidered shirts this is not optional, it is the difference between a good order and an expensive mistake.

  4. Production

    5 to 10 days

Printed items are quicker. Embroidery goes out to a machine and adds a day or two. Allow longer through October and November, which is when everybody orders Diwali gifting at once.

  5. Packing

    with the order

Tell us if you want them individually boxed or bulk packed. Individually boxed costs more and matters if they are being handed over one at a time.

What to give, by budget per head

BudgetSuggestionWhy it works
Under 150Logo badge or metal penCarried and used, low unit cost
150 to 300Ceramic mug or mousepadSits on a desk in daily view
300 to 500Diary, or mug and pen setUsed through the whole year
500 to 700Polo shirt, printedWorn, so it travels beyond the office
700 to 1,000Embroidered polo, or boxed pen setReads as considered rather than promotional
Above 1,000Combination in a printed boxFor dealers and key customers

A diary at 225 rupees stays on a desk for twelve months. A more expensive ornamental item usually does not. Spend the budget on something with a job.

What we have learned supplying corporate gifting

  • Order in September for Diwali. Everybody orders branded gifting in the same six weeks, and by late October stock of the popular items tightens across suppliers, not just here. A September order costs the same and arrives calmly.
  • Keep the logo small. A gift covered in branding reads as advertising and gets left at the office. A small mark on a genuinely good pen gets carried for years, which is the whole point of the exercise.
  • Ask for one finished sample before committing above fifty pieces. Embroidery in particular looks different on fabric from how it looks on a screen, and thread colour matching a printed logo is not exact.
  • For staff gifts, put the individual name on each piece. It adds 20 rupees and changes the item from something the company handed out into something that belongs to that person. It is the cheapest upgrade on this page.

Frequently asked questions

What are good corporate gift ideas with printing?

Mugs at 199 rupees, metal pens at 150, mousepads at 255, diaries at 225 and polo shirts from 569, all at fifty pieces with your logo. The ones that get used are the ones that do a job, which is why mugs and diaries outperform ornamental items.

What is the minimum order for corporate gifts?

Ten pieces for bulk rates. Below that we will still make them, at the single piece rate on each product page. Embroidered polo shirts have a practical minimum of ten because the machine setup is charged once.

How long do corporate gift orders take?

Five to ten working days for printed items and a couple of days longer for embroidery. Order in September for Diwali, because by late October stock of the popular items tightens across all suppliers.

Can you put a different name on each gift?

Yes, and it is worth doing on staff gifts. It adds 20 rupees per piece and turns something the company handed out into something that belongs to that person. Send the names as a spreadsheet rather than as messages.

What logo file do you need?

A vector file, meaning AI, CDR or EPS. A logo copied from your own website is usually 72dpi and prints visibly fuzzy at any size. We redraw one into clean vector for 300 rupees once, and every future order uses it.

Do you keep our logo for repeat orders?

Yes. After the first order we hold the file, so the following year is one WhatsApp message with a quantity rather than a new setup. Most of our corporate customers reorder this way every Diwali.
